Immediate Past International President Michael Notaro to Visit Japan

 Immediate Past International President of Toastmasters International Michael Notaro, DTM will participate as a special guest in Toastmasters International District 76 Fall Conference 2012. The conference is held from November 16 to 18 at Kawasaki City Industrial Promotion Hall in Kanagawa Prefecture. He is going to give two keynote addresses on leadership: “Toastmasters: Achieving Greatness Together” on the evening of 16th, and “Toastmasters: Where Leaders are Made” on the afternoon of 17th.

Michael Notaro was elected as International President at the organization’s International Convention held August 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada. From 2011 to 2012, he successfully carried out his duties to lead over 280,000 members of Toastmasters around the world. He joined Toastmasters during his senior year at the University of California, Berkley, to learn how to deliver a graduation speech. Since then, he has been active in the organization for 25 years. He earned his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, and currently serves as an attorney and principal of the Notaro Law Group in California.
