Please join this free online seminar to learn the process on how to build your own Toastmasters club!


"I want to build a new Toastmasters club, but I don't know how."

"I am helping a prospective club to become a full fledged club, but it is still a long way to go. How could I accelerate the process?"


Ask questions to the speaker and other participants so you will gain club building tips and tricks! 

Who can participate in this seminar?

We welcome you if you are......

- A Toastmaster who wants to build a new Toastmasters club.

- A Toastmaster who is in the process of building a new Toastmasters club.

- A Toastmaster who is helping prospective clubs.

- A Toastmaster who is interested in building a Toastmasters club.

How could I participate in this seminar?

We use "GoToMeeting", a web-based online conferencing service. You can join the seminar with your PC, tablet, or smartphone from wherever you want.


After you enroll the seminar, we will send you an email in which you will find a link to GoToMeeting site. If you are a first timer, please access the GoToMeeting site as soon as you can, download the application, and install it.


Both participation and application are free of charge, however the capacity of a seminar is 24 people. Seats are offered at first-come-first-serve basis. 


Please note that we will record each session for those who cannot participate in it.

Club Building Basics and Marketing (English)

You will learn the basic process to build new clubs. This seminar will cover the process explained in the "How to build a Toastmasters club" plus participants real life experiences.

In this edition, we will welcome TM Lyle Allison and TM Tomohiro Matsuishi of Sasebo FA Toastmasters club and learn how they build the club in Sasebo, Nagasaki.
