2nd Officers Training Report from Division C

Report of 2nd Officers Training in Division C

Kiichiro Ohmi DTM
Division C Governor

59 officers attended!

Division C 2ndClub Officer Training was completed January11th, 2010 at Hokutopia near JR Oji station.
We held the Area and Division council meetings on the morning, and we started the training at 1:00pm.
We have one general session and six separate training and workshop classes.
At the general session, we had contest judge training by former Area 31 Governor TM H. Yamaguchi. He explained the contest details and we learned a lot from his explanation.
At the separate sessions, we held discussions and lectures for each officer role. I think it is very important for others officers to gather and talk. This give us many hints and tips regarding club operation.
At last class, we had three sessions. One was lecture on some educational programs provided by TMI.
They are following; The Successful Club Series, The Better Speaker Series and High Performance Leadership Program.
This session was conducted by H. Ohara DTM with some demonstrations.
In English session, D76 LGET Seiko Matsumoto conducted same session of first in English.
Third session was conducted by D76 PR Officer TM T. Noguchi. She explained how to use Club Web site effectively about the tips of how motivate Club members and get new members.

There were fifty-nine officers attendance from fifteen clubs in Division C. Thank you very much  for attending the training with us despite it being a holiday. We have learned a lot and I believe the  officers had fun from both the educational session and by meeting other officers at the training.  I‘d like to say thank you very much again to you all for attending, session conductors and all helpers.
