Executive Officers
District Governor
- Name: Seiko Matsumoto
- Club: Chiba Central TMC, ICF Chiba TMC, Arcadia TMC, Green Hills TMC
- Comment: I spent the term of LGM and LGET in a most productive way. This year as DG, I’m determined to step forward so as to lead D76 to more success. As an officer, first I set goals. Next, I make efforts to achieve goals.
“Learn by doing.,” is my favorite sentence. I’ll dedicate myself to the further development of district 76 in cooperation with district officers.
Lieutenant Governor Education and Training (LGET)
- Name: Matthew Dean Ownby
- Club: Tachikawa, Akabane Bilingual, Kagurazaka and other TMCs
- Comment: I am originally born from Richmond Virginia, a place that takes pride in it's "Southern Hospitality." I have been a member of a Toastmasters club since I was college student. While I still have a lot to learn as far Leadership and Communication skills, I hope to help you is some small way in helping you have as great a Toastmaster experience as I have.
Lieutenant Governor Marketing (LGM)

- Comment: I am thrilled to have this opportunity to work in the capacity of LGM with a wonderful team of new district officers and with all toastmasters throughout the District 76. The responsibility of my office is to make sure that the benefits of Toastmasters membership are made known and available to a greater number of people. More specifically, my attention will be focused on new club development, club membership promotion and membership retention. Anybody having suggestions and/or questions regarding these areas or anything relating to District operations in general, please feel welcome in bringing those to my attention. For your information, my election campaign slogan was “As a member of the District 76 Officers working as One-Team, what I will do will be Transparent and the spirit of Hospitality will dictate how I communicate and behave.”
Immediate Past District Governor

- Club:Tokushima TMC, Takamatsu TMC
- Comments: As IPDG, I would like to go more international and for District 76 to shine in Region 13.
There are several items which I could notaccomplish in my term and I want to keep up with as much as possible.
Public Relations Officer
- Name: Kiminari Azuma
- Club: Yamato Bilingual TMC
- Comments: I have two promises to members in District 76. PROMISE 1 : As Public Relations officer, I promise to let the world know about Toastmasters through public media such as magazines, television, web-media, etc. PROMISE 2 : As Public Relations officer, I promise to maintain the quality of the District 76 website, and share this experiences with clubs of District 76.
Secretary
- Name: Toshio Yada
- Club: Minato-Mirai TMC
- Comments: I am a charter member of Minato-Mirai Toastmasters club, and during the last term (2009-2010), I have served as club president as well as Division B Governor.
This term (2010-2011), as District 76 Secretary, With advanced planning, I would like to proceed proactively and efficiently.
My motto is "Enjoy Toastmasters". Let's have fun, enjoying Toastmasters together.
Treasurer

- Club: Shonan TMC, Tokyo Phoenix TMC and Hama TMC
- Comments: I am serving as the District Treasurer this term. My main task is to establish and maintain fiscal management of the district. Since the job of district treasurer is the mainstay of any district, I would perform my duties with enthusiasm and everlasting passion, taking a part in promoting further growth of District 76 which in turn helping develop Toastmasters International worldwide.

Division Governors
Division A Governor
- Name: Shigeru Kobayashi
- Club: Eight Princes TMC
- Comment: Eh? Mosaic tiny spots!? But you could see a splendid painting from half a dozen paces away... I think you have such an experience. The human society which each person’s individuality makes amazing mosaic must be the same as the painting. The only difference is that people have to identify with each other and show own presence without troubles. It is essential for us to develop communication skill as the lubricant among people and leadership ability for going in the right direction with others. Division A, this year, works learning field of diversity such as languages, cultures, personalities, and localities. “Let’s enjoy learning through diversity together!”
Division B Governor

- Club: Kagurazaka TMC
- Comments: Activities of Toastmasters are not business. Therefore, we will have an excellent encounter and a lot of things to learn. Members around you and manuals will help you. Let's grow up with fun. Let's widen our possibilities!
Division C Governor
- Name: Rieko Ichiya
- Club: ICF Chiba TMC, KeyForce TMC
- Comment: I would like to work with Area Governors so that the club members can enjoy Toastmasters activities.
Division D Governor
- Name: Akihide Inoue
- Club: Den-en Toshi TMC
- Comments: I would like to work for the TM members so that they can learn positively, develop themselves, and enjoy their TM activities. I am the type of the person who loves science and technology.
Division E Governor
- Name: Teruko Nakao
- Club: Speak-up TMC, East-KobeTMC, Nishinomiya TMC、Senri TMC
- Comments: My role is to make Division E an active high-quality group. Therefore, I'd like to contact Area Governors sufficiently and support each club's positive activities with them. We'll learn together and share marvelous feelings through Toastmasters activities. I'll infiltrate it to the entire Division E.
Division F Governor

- Comments: I want to help each clubs' operation to the best of my ability.
