District Governor

Lieutenant Governor Education and Training (LGET)
- Name : Kazuko Kawauchi
- Clubs: Sakura TMC, Pioneer TMC
- Comments : The Toastmasters’ educational programs are excellent! They provide us with opportunities to develop our communication and leadership skills step by step while enjoying club activities regularly in an international environment. As the LGET this term, I will try to promote the integrity of the well developed programs and help clubs enliven their meetings. I believe this will consequently help members achieve their goals and realize their dreams.

Public Relations Officer
- Name: Kiminari Azuma

- Comments: I have two promises to members in District 76 which are the same as the ones I made last TM year. PROMISE 1 : As Public Relations officer, I promise to let the world know about Toastmasters through public media such as magazines, television, web-media, etc. PROMISE 2 : As Public Relations officer, I promise to maintain the quality of the District 76 website, and share these experiences with clubs of District 76.
Secretary

- Comments : Last year, I was very inspired by how sophisticated the leadership track of Toastmasters when I experience being the Area 54 governor. I really wanted learn about it more, so I decided to serve as the District 76 Secretary. My goal as District Secretary it to accumulate information via an electronic information system.

- Comments: In line with the New Branding, Toastmasters International has implemented Intacct to assist in the management of district finances. I would pay much attention to process district financial transactions through the Intacct as the system is directly connected. I would exert all my strength to help develop district by compilation of budget effectively.

Division B Governor

- Comments: I would like to work with you as Division B Governor and District 76 Officer to "Create a Bright and Cheerful" atmosphere and to make our Toastmasters' clubs a welcoming place. Let's enjoy learning together.
Division C Governor
- Name: Isao Matsushima

- Comments: My biggest challenge is to secure as much time for TM activities as possible out of my tight work schedule. I will try my best and I would also request all the support and cooperation from all the fellow TM members.
Division D Governor
- Name: Tsuneo Kato

- Comments: When I joined as member of Toastmasters in 2004 the distance between Districts 76 and me was so far and away. I learned leadership skills step by step as by service different club officer positions over several years. I, then worked as Area Governor in 2010 - 2011. The distance between District 76 has been getting much closer herby. One of my duties, as Division Governor is that I should work as the pump for the communication flow smoothly between District 76 and Clubs in the Area, by the cooperation with Area Governors.
Division E Governor
- Name: Hiroyuki Nakano
- Clubs: Sakae TMC, Tokai TMC, Aichi TMC
- Comments: I am an engineer (My specialty is Metrology, not Meteorology be careful) and self-employed. My purpose in Toastmasters is to utilize the communication and leadership skill that I learn during the activity in my real business. Toastmaster club offers me a lot of training occasions for that. My Toastmaster style is practical Toastmaster. In your communication with your family, presentation in your business, persuading your customers and negotiating a deal with your clients; each is such a real scene in your life, I am sure that your personality and leadership in Toastmasters will make you respectable and successful. I’ll support you, speech warrior, as Division E governor anytime in my term.
Division F Governor

- Club: Nakakyushu TMC
- Comments: There is so much for me to learn about the service yet. However, this is a rare opportunity I could try to stretch my boundaries. I hope that you all would enjoy the activities of this year. We are 'birds of a feather', a whole bunch of eager learners!
